Bioinformatician (Biostatistician)

Cadent Sourcing has partnered with one of Ireland’s fastest growing and innovative Start-up to find an experienced Bioinformatician or Biostatistician with Proteomics experience.

The role will review data, compiled from AI driven processes, on Peptides and Proteins, and present your own finding to the Research team.

Required:

• 3 years experience in as a Bioinformatician or Biostatistician.
• Well experienced with Proteomics
• Python experience
• A PhD is a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of Bioinformatics.
• Experience with R and Linux.
• Good knowledge of Data Visualiation.
• Experience with Algorithms for Biological data.
• Understanding of DNA Sequences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role:

• Develop bioinformatics tools, Interpreting large scale biological data.
• Develop and maintain pipelines integrating every part of the company’s technology.
• Work with data scientists and lab members to understand their requirements.
• Bring requirements to life: from ideas to production.
• Participate in technical meetings and contribute to new solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
